Who We Are

The Professional Women's Roundtable (PWR) is a non-profit women's organization serving Southern California. PWR focuses on assisting members to succeed in their business by providing dynamic and valuable resources with an environment that promotes success.

Our members hold key positions within all types of organizations and are elite businesswomen within your community. Aligning yourself with these women can help you meet your professional aspirations through mentoring opportunities and influential networking.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote professional success for women by providing a mentoring and networking environment. In order to succeed in today's competitive market we must continue to enhance our careers by improving our professional and business proficiencies.

The Professional Women's Roundtable is dedicated to helping women enhance their professional careers by providing access to business training and other educational resources necessary to succeed.

What To Expect

When you experience a PWR meeting for the first time, you may notice many professional women in the room. There will be much collaboration and the exchange of many ideas. You should sense a feeling of welcome as you begin to fit in the group.

Upon registration, please find a seat at one of the many tables. Make sure you have a name tag, an agenda and a speaker comment questionnaire. There will be a designated area for you to place your business cards and company information (great way to get company exposure).

The meeting will begin with lunch. Please help yourself to the buffet table.

As lunch progresses the introductions will begin. Members will be asked to introduce themselves and present their present passion in life whether it's professionally or personally (5 seconds per person).
